How do I know audio is working?
During preview, you should hear both videos playing through your speakers. The downloaded WebM file contains exactly what you hear.
Why does Safari need two clicks?
Safari blocks audio until a user gesture. First click unlocks AudioContext, second click starts the merge. The hint bar explains this.
The downloaded file has no sound. What do I do?
1) Check volume sliders aren't at 0%. 2) Ensure your source videos actually have audio tracks. 3) On Safari, make sure you clicked Merge twice. 4) Try shorter test clips first.
Can I merge videos longer than 30 minutes?
Yes, MediaRecorder streams in chunks. However, very long videos may cause browser slowdown. For best results, keep clips under 30 minutes.
